• Your home will be emailed in a custom flyer to over 10,000 agents.
• Your home will appear on Craigslist in a custom format.
• Your home will be prominently featured here, on myagentmichael.com.
• Buyers on my "Brand New Listings" e-mail list will be alerted about your home and its features.
• I notify the top agents in your neighborhood. These agents have a large pool of qualified and serious buyers which is a powerful marketing tool in itself!
• A flyer advertising your home will be created and distributed to local real estate offices and sent via email.
• I hold Broker Opens to effectively market your property to other agents with ready and qualified buyers.
• I HOLD OPEN HOUSES. Your open house dates will be advertised on websites such as Realtor.com.
• Your listing can be advertised in the Los Angeles Times if requested.
• I'm a member of the Southland Association of Realtors which gives me access to legal advice from Real Estate Attorneys.
